Account & Data Deletion Policy

WineBro respects your right to delete your account and all associated personal data. This page explains how to request deletion and what happens when you do.

1. How to Delete Your Account

Step 1 — Open the WineBro app and go to the Profile tab (last tab in the bottom navigation).

Step 2 — Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account".

Step 3 — Confirm your decision in the dialog. This action is irreversible.

Step 4 — Your account and all data will be permanently deleted immediately.

2. What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently and irreversibly removed:

This cannot be undone. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered. If you want to use WineBro again, you will need to create a new account and start from scratch. Your XP, badges, journal entries, and palate profile will be gone.

Account deletion is immediate. All personal data is removed from our Firestore database as soon as you confirm deletion. There is no waiting period or cooling-off period.
